Pasta Beach in Newport

Had a great dine in experience and some nice pasta!

We love the new location!!! Very open and light, but cozy, like a beach cottage. The meat & cheese platter is amazing...reminded us of Tuscany. Wine menu isn't overwhelming, very approachable. Loved every bite of our meals, and can't wait to go back! Perfect walking distance from our place off Broadway.

Just ate at Pasta Beach and Morgan was our server. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made it a really great experience! Not to mention the food is phenomenal! Great experience all around!!

This place was recommended by our hotel host and hands down the best handmade pasta I've ever had. Reasonably priced. I have no idea how that bread was so delicious. They also do takeout!

Pleasant staff.Awesome atmosphere. Food...very good. Generous portions, fresh, and tasty. We stopped in for a quick bite between mansions and were totally surprised by the size of our sandwiches. Ridiculous. We both took home a midnight snack today.Priced rite because we got TWO meals for around 22 bucks, and when you consider that we both have the second half of our sandwiches for later...

Servers are always great. They really add to the atmosphere!!Wine that is (at most!) $18 in store is $49 on menu. Shame!!! Pizza is GREAT, so are most pasta dishes. Yummy bread. Cool Palm Beach decor. Most tables are loud, depending on the time of day. Front of house has windows open, so a/c better in the back. New tables and firepit areas in back, looks as though they will open this area soon?Bathrooms are grubby, floors, doors are gross & need a big scrub!!! Cushioned banquettes are stained. Maybe need to have more sets of covers made, so they can be cleaned. Certainly among top 5 picks for food in Newport.

We had a reservation for eight. They stuffed us into a booth made for six ... in an outside doorway, under a loud music speaker. Other than that, good food, good outing.

Amazing food and amazing atmosphere Will definitely be back! FYI make sure to make a reservation. We had to wait over an hour just to sit at the bar but IT WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT!!

Really enjoyed the bar with friends before dinner. Had a specialty drink was so refreshing. Food came out fast and was delicious. Service was great, everyone was very attentive. Loved the atmosphere, will be back soon.

The birth of a child, reaching the top of a mountain, peaceful relaxation on a great vacation, witnessing a piece of art or performance that moved you to tears...that’s how I think about the carbonara at Pasta Beach. PB, I love you, I miss you, and I can’t wait to be with you again.

Visited this place week back during Newport Trip, After visiting International Hall of Tennis fame, we were walking over the street and found this authentic Italian place. The place has very nice ambiance The variety of Italian food is good. Famous for Pizza and Pasta. The food taste is really good. The staff is very polite and helpful. Would like to visit this place in my next visit to Newport.

Great food! Large portions. Be sure to make reservations or you will be standing at the door waiting for a table (even on a Monday night). I didn't give it the 5th star because of how noise it was. if you want to have an intimate conversation at dinner this is not the place, not fault of the restaurant. If you want a place with a high paced loud vibe and great food this is the place for you. That said I would definitely go again.

This place is a must!!! Such an adorable restaurant. All designs from tables, decor, to their bathrooms- adorable! Their food- amazing.... the best pizza I’ve ever had. Exceptional food, service, and space!

Delicioso! Ordered pizza as a starter then split the pasta del mare entree. Perfect meal! Sangria is a bit pricey, but is a seriously full glass. Atmosphere is so well done - you would never anticipate everything that's going on in here from the outside. Service was great too! Definitely recommend.

Pasta Beach is one of Newport's finest restaurants. Authentic Italian Pasta and amazing pizza. Service is friendly. The new location is fabulous.

Great food! Delicious Lobster Ravioli! Service was slow, atmosphere was so so, men's bathroom was out of toilet paper & hand towels & didn't flush. Go for the food!

Their Panini and Red sauce Penne was mind blowing!!! I usually dont like Red sauce pasta and ordered it since I was very hungry and too many options but I was not disappointed. I loved the food, service and everything!!

I’d say the best Italian restaurant in the island, great pizza and pasta options and fairly priced. Ambiance is nice and service is friendly and attentive. Also love their Negroni!

In town last week and was lucky enough to discover Pasta Beach. The food was fantastic. I loved the margarita thin crust pizza. Of course, the pasta dishes were outstanding. My only quibble is that I was not allowed a very small substitution of a side dish when ordering the seafood special.

Very tasty pasta cooked "al dente". Pizzas were quite good too. Large portions.

This is a very popular local restaurant. The menu is extensive and the bar provides a great selection. Service excellent

Great food, good location, but service was a little spotty. It was a busy evening and the place was hopping. But, still, the service should have been better! We ate in the backyard (outside dining area behind the main restaurant), and the ambiance was nice.

Love this little place! Cozy and delicious food! Many different options, and all so good. Only problem is the wait- even with reservations we had to wait around 20 minutes for our table to be ready.

Very quick service and delicious food, even when they were short on staff members.

Nice atmosphere, good choices for vegetarians on the menu, great servers.

Food and cocktails were delicious. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside is street parking.

This place is way fancier than I anticipated (not a bad thing, we were just a little underdressed lol) but nonetheless the portions were really good and the food was delicious! Plus the staff was really kind which is always nice! (The pic is of my meal that I split- it does look way bigger in real life. 3 people could have easily split it)

Pasta beach is the best Italian Restaurant in Newport. The dishes are fresh they have a brick oven for pizza fresh bread. You can’t go wrong call ahead if you don’t like waiting

Really enjoyed our dinner experience here, I love the fresh pasta - the orchiette with sausage & broccoli rabe puree was incredible! Enjoyed the carbonara as well, their fresh bread is also amazing! The friendliest staff, beautiful decor and really tasty espresso martinis for dessert. Look forward to coming back in the summer.
